Terms of Service

By using yardful.app or any service we provide ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What we provide

Yardful builds and hosts project-quantity calculators for material and supply businesses. We deliver a calculator embedded on your existing website, branded to your colors and product catalog. Our service scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing per engagement.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate product, pricing, and formula information for your calculator.
• Use the Service legally — don't use it to defraud customers, breach IP, or violate applicable consumer-protection law.
• Keep credentials we share with you reasonably secure.

Intellectual property

• You own your data — product names, prices, formulas, and customer leads generated by your calculator belong to you.
• We own the platform — the underlying calculator engine, build tooling, and templating is licensed to you for use on your business, not transferred.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your business name and logo to identify you as a customer (case studies, testimonials, customer lists). Email [email protected] if you'd like to opt out.

Fees and cancellation

Fees are agreed in writing per engagement. Either party may cancel an active engagement with 30 days' notice. On cancellation we deliver you any data you've contributed in a portable format and remove the calculator from your site within the notice period.

Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Calculators are tools to assist with project estimation; final order quantities are your customer's responsibility. We are not liable for losses arising from calculator output being applied without verification by qualified personnel.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.
